Our production process has been developed and refined to deliver products that satisfy our customers on all levels. From offloading of fish to fishmeal and fish oil production and canning, all aspects of the processes involved provide our customers with a better end-product.
Fish is sucked out of the vessel hold onto a dewatering belt that takes the fish to a hopper, where it is weighed, before being pumped to the fish pits.
The fish slides onto a conveyor belt via a rotating valve. Most drainage takes place here, before the fish is turned over onto a second conveyor belt for further drainage, which results in dryer raw fish at the processing point.
The next stop is a scale, from where it goes to the fish pits.
